Physician
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses
- Determine appropriate care pathways, including:
- On-site treatment
- Referral to external medical facilities when needed
- Manage and treat minor injuries, including lacerations and musculoskeletal conditions
- Conduct pre-employment and fitness-for-duty physical examinations
- Provide case management for occupational injury claims
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in line with OSHA standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Physician (MD or DO) license in [State]
- Board certification or board eligibility preferred
- Background in family medicine, emergency medicine, surgery, or related fields
- Interest in occupational health/medicine (experience not required)
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
