Greys Specialized Occupational Health Recruiting is working with an award-winning organization seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join its established, nurse-led Occupational Health team in Pittsboro, Indiana.

What You Will Be Doing

This is a varied, hands-on Occupational Health position where you will work directly with employees and partner with other teams across the organization.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing Occupational Health cases
• Coordinating return-to-work programs
• Conducting medical surveillance
• Supporting ergonomic assessments and workplace health initiatives
• Administering the Drug & Alcohol program
• Helping identify and reduce workplace health risks
• Providing guidance around workers' compensation cases
• Supporting employees through the workers' compensation process
• Working closely with the Safety team
• Promoting better employee health outcomes across the workplace
