Occupational Health Advisor

Our client a leading organisation is growing, they are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join them on a Hybrid basis. 
The occupational health advisor will work 2 days on sites in South East London, and 3 days from home.

The main duties are as follows:
Supporting management referral and writing quality reports.
Triaging on the business portal.
Ensure client records are kept up to date.
Support the clearance of new starter questionnaires.
Support line manager in compliance checks and audit, e.g., to ensure SEQHOS standards are always adhered.
Ensure compliance with relevant professional guidelines e.g. NMC Code of Conduct.

When working from home the occupational health advisor will concentrate on case management, the cases will be a mixture of short role and long term illness, mental health, complex and return to work plans etc. 

The client is looking for an occupational health advisor who has: 
-Strong case management experience
-Writing evidence based reports
-Experience of complex case management 
-Experience of building relationships 
-Able to work in a UK wide team 

Essential Requirements:

* Must be a registered nurse with an NMC pin. 
* Occupational Health degree or Diploma is desirable but not essential.
* OH experience within similar role.
* Ability to travel to site twice a week in Southeast London
* Experience within a similar role
