Physician Assistant

Our client is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their occupational health team on a part-time, contract (1099) basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA with an interest in occupational health, whether experienced or looking to transition into this specialty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fitness-for-duty and pre-employment physical examinations
  • Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with:
    • OSHA recordkeeping standards
    • Company policies and procedures
  • Provide clinical care aligned with occupational health best practices

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in New York
  • Background in family medicine, emergency medicine, surgery, or related fields preferred
  • Interest in occupational health (prior experience not required)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
