Physician

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Determine appropriate care pathways, including:
    • On-site treatment
    • Referral to external medical facilities when needed
  • Manage and treat minor injuries, including lacerations and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Conduct pre-employment and fitness-for-duty physical examinations
  • Provide case management for occupational injury claims
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in line with OSHA standards and company policies

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Physician (MD or DO) license in [State]
  • Board certification or board eligibility preferred
  • Background in family medicine, emergency medicine, surgery, or related fields
  • Interest in occupational health/medicine (experience not required)
  • Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
