The Challenge
A leading Occupational Health Provider with coverage across most U.S. states had more than 100 open positions to fill, including:

Greys Approach
The role required an occupational health nurse willing to work nights one week per month and share weekend coverage with the existing team.
How Greys delivered:
- 0–4 hours: Sent a 45-second video message to nurses in our network. Within 40 minutes, 4 candidates responded with interest. After pre-screening, 2 highly qualified candidates submitted to the client within 4 hours of receiving the role.
- 24 hours: Additional 30+ candidates expressed interest, but most opted out due to night/weekend requirements. Client asked us to pause further submissions until they interviewed the first 2 candidates.
- Day 2: Client requested interviews for both candidates the following morning. Greys prepped the candidates thoroughly on the interview process and client expectations.
- Day 3: Both candidates interviewed successfully. The client was impressed with their quality and offered the position to the candidate who could start sooner. The offer was accepted, and the candidate started 4 days later.
The Results

- Second candidate placed 3 weeks later (also accepted and started)
- Both candidates have been with the client for over 4 months, with positive feedback
- Client confidence gained, Greys was invited to support on more roles
